‍I acknowledge that the activities conducted by Phonics and Number Fun may involve a degree of risk. I understand participation in these sessions are entirely at my and my child/dependant’s discretion, and I acknowledge that my child/dependant and I may choose to decline or cease participation at any time.

‍ I acknowledge that as the parent/carer/guardian of my young person/child, I am 100% responsible for them and will commit to 100% participation in the session with them. I agree and acknowledge full responsibility for any needs my young person/child may require during these Phonics and Number Fun Sessions regarding toileting, rest time and behaviour.

I unconditionally release Phonics and Number Fun, its agents and their attendants to the fullest extent permitted by law from all and any liability for any loss, damage or injury whatsoever incurred or suffered by my child/dependant and I, arising out of or in conjunction with my and my child/dependant’s participation in any activity conducted by Phonics and Number Fun.

I understand photographs and video footage may be taken during classes and programs for purposes that Phonics and Number Fun deems to be appropriate, including for advertising, publicity and presentations. I understand if I do not consent to images being taken of me and/or my child/dependant I can notify my Phonics and Number Fun provider by emailing  Shereen@phonicsandnumberfun.com

– Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the class start time to receive a full refund.
– Cancellations made within 48 hours of the class start time will receive a 50% refund of the original program cost.
– No refunds can be processed for cancellations made after the class has commenced.
– Cancellations can be made by emailing Shereen@phonicsandnumberfun.com ‍ – Enrolment transfers to another person can be requested.
